The solemn oath to Kazakhstan’s nation and the President of Kazakhstan was taken by the National Bank Chairman D.Akishev, Chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council A.Smolin, Attorney General Zh.Asanov, Director of "Syrbar" Foreign Intelligence Service G.Baizhanov, the Presidential Administration’s senior officials, as well as several members of the Government, akims of the regions and Almaty.
In his speech the Head of State noted that the requirements applicable to civil servants would double.
- There are most often cases of inefficient use of public money. Violations committed by public officials adversely affect not only the civil service image, but also the system of public administration in general, Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
The President of Kazakhstan, appealing to all civil servants, said that the realities of the coming digital age require creative solutions and leaders who can carry out their effective implementation.
Nursultan Nazarbayev touched upon the issues of entrepreneurship development in the regions of particular importance in the new stage of development.
