In the course of the meeting U. Shukeyev reported to the President on the results of Samruk-Kazyna JSC inside 9 months of the current year, as well as on the implementation of transformation and privatization programs.
Upward trend in the financial and performance indicators of the Fund over the specified period was drawn attention to. In particular, its returns have grown up on 15% compared with a year earlier.
Under the privatization program 216 facilities of the Fund Group are planned to be taken out to a competitive environment. To date, the State Commission on modernization of economy has agreed the ways of 133 assets’ disposal, 39 of which have already been actualized for a total amount of 7.4 billion tenge.
Nursultan Nazarbayev emphasized the need for improvement of the effectiveness of Samruk-Kazyna’s transformation and the achievement of specific results.
Following the meeting the Head of State has given a number of specific orders.
