Nursultan Nazarbayev thanked Mikhail Piotrovski for his visit to Astana, emphasizing the importance of cooperation between the National Museum of Kazakhstan and the State Hermitage Museum. He said the exchange of experience and regular working contacts between the museums will contribute significantly into the preservation of rich cultural and historical heritage of the peoples of Russia and Kazakhstan.
Director of the State Hermitage Museum, on his part, told Nursultan Nazarbayev about the Days of the Hermitage exhibition held at the National Museum of Kazakhstan and thanked him for the attention to the development of intercultural interaction between the two countries.
