The topical issues of spiritual life in the country were discussed during the meeting. The President noted that the religious situation in Kazakhstan is stable, with various confessions living in peace.
Moreover, the discussions at the meeting touched upon the issue related to religious education. Nursultan Nazarbayev stressed the importance of spiritual and moral education of young people, as well as the need for a more thorough analysis of this area.
Yerzhan Mayamerov shared on the ongoing activities of the Spiritual Administration of Kazakhstan’s Muslims.
At the end of the meeting, President Nazarbayev congratulated all the country’s Muslims on the upcoming Oraza Ait.
