On the eve of Independence Day by the Decree of Kazakhstan’s President a large group of the coutry citizens are awarded national decorations for a significant contribution to the socio-economic and cultural development of the country, strengthening of friendship and cooperation between peoples and the public activities. Among them are prominent representatives of the production sector, business, education, health, military, law enforcement officials, athletes, veterans of war and labor, culture and science.
For outstanding achievements in the economic sphere "Kazakhstan Yenbek Eri" title of the Republic of Kazakhstan for social and human development has been given to S. "Kazakhstan Yenbek Sinirgen Kairatkeri" honorary title has been given to 53 prominent representatives of science, culture and the social sphere. Certificate of Merit of the Republic of Kazakhstan was presented to 539 people.
A group of servicemen and law enforcement officers has been awarded with "Dank” of Degree I and II, "Aibyn» of Degree I, II and III, "Erlіgі Ushin" and "Zhauyngerlіk Erlіgі Ushin "medals e for exemplary fulfillment of military and service duties, courage and selflessness manifested in ensuring law and order and the country’s national security strengthening.
