When taking a joint view of the expositions of the German national pavilion at EXPO-2017 international exhibition, the Head of the State was introduced to innovative solutions developed by German industry and science in the field of improving transport and housing.
The Presidents of the two countries were presented with the display areas "Future Map" and "Future City" with models of wind, solar and hydroelectric power stations, exhibits of electric transport of the future, and there was a demonstration of “Energy Show".
Nursultan Nazarbayev left an entry in the Book of Honored Guests at the end of inspecting the pavilion of Germany.
Then Nursultan Nazarbayev showed Frank-Walter Steinmeier the national pavilion of Kazakhstan "Nur Alem".
Here, the two leaders got acquainted with interactive expositions devoted to the culture and history of Kazakhstan, and also climbed to its 8th floor with exposition "Astana, Future City 2050".
The President of Germany has made a note in the exhibition’s Book of Honorable Guests at the end of the tour.
