During the visit the Head of State was told about the business projects implemented by students, which ended up with phase of production.
In addition, the President of Kazakhstan was reported on the new principle, implemented by Pavlodar State University in its educational process, i.e. ‘learning through entrepreneurship’; in terms of it all university students attend business and leadership courses.
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted the high potential and creativity of business projects presented by students.
- The government is currently creating all necessary conditions for business development. In many countries of the world there is a proceeding when young people start their projects since their student days, and achieve some success upon completion of training at the university. It is necessary to ensure that such conditions are created for students in other higher educational institutions of the country, said the Head of State.
In turn, the students and teachers heartily wished the President of Kazakhstan good health and thanked for warmth and reverential attitude to the issues of younger generation’s education.

International Startup Academy has been opened on the basis of the Toraigyrov Pavlodar State University in accordance with the Region’s Development Strategy until 2030. The activities of the educational institution are aimed at promoting student and faculty entrepreneurship, and commercialization of research projects.
