As part of a working visit to Karaganda region Kassym-Jomart Tokayev visited the newly opened children’s clinic in Prishakhtinsk - one of the remote areas of the regional center. The new medical facility is designed for 300 visits per shift.
The Head of State inspected medical offices, up-to-date medical equipment, and spoke with doctors. The President was also told about the region’s readiness in introducing compulsory social health insurance.
