Our relationships are based on common historical past and spiritual heritage, and are continuing to rapidly develop. Gradually expanding, our relations have reached the level of strategic partnership. Kazakhstan has always supported and is ready to provide assistance to the brotherly Turkish people. I am sure that this visit will further strengthen bilateral cooperation between our countries,” he said.
