The Head of State continues to receive telegrams of congratulations from the heads of state and government on the occasion of Astana’s 20th anniversary and his birthday.
In his congratulatory telegram, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin expressed confidence in further strengthening of the alliance and strategic partnership between Astana and Moscow, as well as expansion of productive cooperation between Kazakhstan and Russia within EEU, CSTO, SCO, CIS and other international structures.
"By your activity as the Head of State you have earned deserved respect of Kazakhstan’s citizens, as well as high international authority. The ideas of the Eurasian integration formulated by you are consistently embodied in life, contributing to the social and economic development of our countries, ensuring stability and security on the continent.

President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, stressed that Nursultan Nazarbayev’s personal contribution is highly appreciated in Belarus in strengthening the Belarusian-Kazakhstani relations, which have a strategic character.
"Your creative and multifaceted activities have made Kazakhstan strong and independent, and a constructive and far-sighted foreign policy has been widely recognized in the international arena.

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in his letter wished the Head of State new achievements in all undertakings and aspirations for the benefit of Kazakhstan’s nation.

President of Moldova Igor Dodon congratulated Nursultan Nazarbayev on his birthday, noting his contribution to creating and establishing the Eurasian Economic Union.
"As early as the 1990s, knowing how important it is for countries in a complex modern world not only to preserve their sovereignty and independence, but also to multiply their economic potential, you proposed to create an interstate association based on the principles of voluntary and equal rights for this purpose. Your idea was realized by the creation of the Eurasian Economic Union, in which the Republic of Moldova received the status of an observer state," the telegram reads.

President of Poland Andrzej Duda noted that friendly relations between Kazakhstan and Poland are evidence of fruitful bilateral cooperation.

Dmitry Medvedev, Chairman of the Russian Federation Government, in his congratulatory telegram highlights the personal contribution of the President of Kazakhstan to strengthening the relations of friendship, good-neighbourliness and alliance that connect the two states.
"Trade, economic and investment cooperation are progressing steadily, promising joint projects in energy, industry, infrastructure, high technologies and other areas are being implemented.
I am convinced that active partnership work on the government line will further enhance practical cooperation and deepen integration cooperation as part of the Eurasian Economic Union," the letter says.
