Kanysh A. TULEUSHIN
Born on December 6, 1983 in Zhezkazgan.
In 2004, graduated from the L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
In 2006, completed a Master’s degree (MSc) in Innovation Management at Oxford Brookes University.
In 2018, earned an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
In 2003 began his professional career in the private sector.
2004–2005 – Specialist of the Corporate Client Services Department; Head of a Branch Department at Temirbank JSC;
2006–2007 – Chief Expert of the Trade and Economic Analysis Department at the Center for Trade Policy Development JSC;
2007–2008 – Head of the Innovation Policy Division of the Department of Industrial and Innovation Policy at the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
2008–2011 – Consultant, Head of Sector, Deputy Head of the Socio-Economic Monitoring Department of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
