President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was reported on the main results of the activities of “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” in 2019 and the prospects of further development of railway transport.
Sauat Mynbayev also informed the Head of State on some legislative and regulatory aspects of the company’s activities.
Following the meeting, the President gave a number of specific instructions. In particular, Kassym-Jomart Tokayev stated the need to increase the volume of cargo turnover, container transit, as well as increase the share of local content and improve the quality of passenger transport.
