Prime Minister Karim Massimov, Head of the President’s Executive Office Nurlan Nigmatullin, as well as heads of other government agencies and organisations took part in the meeting.
The meeting participants discussed issues of Kazakhstan’s energy policy amid fluctuations in the world hydrocarbon prices.
The sides also considered the issues of gas supply to the southern regions of Kazakhstan and infrastructure development in the field of energy transportation.
Following the meeting Nursultan Nazarbayev charged the participants with specific tasks.
