Celebrations were held in the homeland of a great Kazakh biy, in the village of Yeghindybulak of Karkaralinsk district.
Parliament deputies, heads of state bodies, public figures, famous scientists, representatives of creative intelligentsia have participated in them as well.
The event participants laid flowers at the Kazybek Biy monument. Then there was a theatrical performance named "Khaz Dauysty Kazybek Biy", prepared by the creative teams of Karaganda region.
The State Secretary read out the congratulation of the President of Kazakhstan. It emphasizes that Kaz Dauysty Kazybek Biy is a figure, whose name is inscribed in gold letters in the history of the nation. The modern independent, peaceful and developed Kazakhstan is the dream of our great-grandfathers embodied in life. All that has become possible due to the unity and accordance of our nation. We are a country that cherishes the past, respects the present and is committed to the future. Implementing the "Ruhani Zhangyru" program, we take a new look at and enrich our history, culture and national memory.
Within the event there was a festive concert with the participation of famous artists of the country. The events continued with sports contests.
The international caravan kicked off to be held before August 30 through the territory of Karaganda region, as well as the cities of Kyzylorda, Turkestan, Taraz, Shymkent with a visit to Uzbek cities of Tashkent and Navoi.
