Nursultan Nazarbayev got acquainted with the work of the facility and types of goods stored in the centre.
The President also spoke to representatives of agricultural industry and other business spheres, noting the importance of ensuring stable economic development of the region.
“The state has been supporting small and medium-sized businesses since independence. Having a market economy, Kazakhstan aims to make small and medium enterprises produce half of the domestic products. To this end, all necessary conditions have been created. We are subsidizing interest rates on loans and implementing a special programme “Business Road Map -2020”. In addition, we have abolished unjustified inspections and simplified business registration process. Now the government expects a payoff in the form of competitive products, new jobs, tax deductions and investing in new technologies,” he said.
In conclusion Nursultan Nazarbayev wished the participants success and prosperity.
The centre has more than 17,000 pallet positions with an area exceeding 4.7 hectares. The area of warehouses amounts to 12,400 square meters.
