During the meeting, the two sides discussed issues of bilateral trade and economic partnership, as well as cooperation in transport and logistics spheres.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev thanked Nikol Pashinyan for the hospitality and high level of organization of the session of the Supreme Eurasian Economic Council. He and noted the established trust-based dialogue between the countries.
“The Kazakh people show the warmest feelings to the Armenian people. There is a great desire to develop relations between our countries. We need to pay special attention to trade and economic cooperation. It is necessary to intensify common work and look for additional opportunities,” - Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said.
Nikol Pashinyan expressed confidence in the further intensification of the Kazakh-Armenian cooperation in the economic sphere.
“Our trade and economic relations have recently been intensified. However, I believe that our potential is much greater. We need to work on the realization of this potential, the Eurasian Economic Union opens up new opportunities for our countries, - Prime Minister of Armenia stressed.
