Legal acts

1. To appoint Karim Massimov as the Chairman of the National Security Committee of Kazakhstan having relieved from his post as the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.
2. The Government of the Kazakhstan shall fulfill duties until the new composition of the Government of Kazakhstan.
3. To entrust the First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakhytzhan Sagintayev with temporary additional duty of Prime Minister of Kazakhstan.

This Decree comes into force from the date of signing.
