President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and U.S. Secretary of Commerce Howard Lutnick discussed a wide range of issues related to bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
President Tokayev emphasized that Kazakhstan attaches particular importance to strengthening cooperation with the United States, which is also one of the country’s key investment partners.

He noted that Kazakhstan has established a favorable regime for foreign investors, stressing that U.S. businesses have broad opportunities across various sectors, including energy, transport and logistics, digitalization, and agriculture.
For his part, Secretary Lutnick expressed the United States’ interest in further advancing joint trade, economic, industrial, transport and logistics, and investment projects with Kazakhstan.
