The Head of State emphasized that Kenya is of particular interest for the development of cooperation as one of the prosperous countries on the African continent.

In turn, William Ruto invited Kazakh companies to actively invest in the Kenyan economy, including to consider the possibility of expanding the port of Mombasa by building a grain terminal.
President Tokayev informed his Kenyan counterpart about the intention to send a trade mission to his country to explore potentials for strengthening cooperation.
The Head of State also emphasized the importance of interaction with African states both at the bilateral and multilateral level, first of all within the UN framework.
The President invited William Ruto to visit Kazakhstan next year and take part in the upcoming Astana International Forum.
